Every year, like clockwork, the ads hit harder.
“Boost your testosterone.”
“Try this new workout.”
“Take this miracle pill.”
Scroll, scroll, scroll.
Hack, hack, hack.
Maybe it’s the algorithm knowing my age. Maybe it’s desperation targeting. Either way, I get it. A lot of guys feel the pressure. Testosterone this, hormones that. Everyone’s looking for the magic fix.
Here’s a thought:
Maybe you don’t need a magic fix.
Maybe you just need to stop trashing your body.
I’m 55. Just got my annual bloodwork. Total testosterone? 761.
No TRT. No “biohacking.”
Just discipline and basics.
This isn’t medical advice. It’s lived experience.
I track my blood every year. I adjust when needed. I stay ahead.
Because if you’re not looking under the hood, you’re guessing.
And most guys don’t fall off because of “age.”
They fall off because of lifestyle.
Booze. Pills. Junk food. No sleep. No exercise.
I’ve watched men disintegrate from self-abuse, not birthdays.
I go to business events and watch grown men act like they’re on spring break.
Booze. Late nights. Garbage food.
They laugh it off.
But that stuff stacks up.
Meanwhile, I’m in the hotel gym. I eat clean. I train.
I don’t chase trends. I keep the edge.
Look, social media can trick you. Filters, angles and more.
Don’t be fooled. The path is boring. The path is real:
Eat real food
Sleep 7–8 hours
Lift weights
Walk daily
Get sunlight and fresh air
No gimmicks. No shortcuts.
Supplements help, but they’re the last 5%.
The other 95%? That’s built through consistency.
This isn’t complicated.
It’s just not exciting.
And that’s why most people ignore it.
Bottom line:
If your habits are garbage, no pill will save you.
