Slowed My Aging?

Ever since I was young, sports and fitness were a major part of my life. 

Recent tests I took show me aging over a decade slower than my chronological age. In an upcoming article I'll give you my daily routine and regimen. 

A lot of fitness people out there talk about health, fitness and workout routines but only a few show their results. ie. Blood tests, etc. that back it up.
